BASEBALL: Wissahickon rallies past Plymouth Whitemarsh

It all started so well for Plymouth Whitemarsh on Tuesday. The Colonials scored three runs in the first against visiting Wissahickon, one of the few times they’ve broken out to a lead all season.

However, the Trojans at 6-4 in Suburban One American are determined to break free from a tie with Norristown and Springfield Township and make a run at second ranked Cheltenham. And on Tuesday after falling back early, the Trojans took a huge rally with two outs in the fourth inning and won 7-4.
