GIRLS LACROSSE: Upper Moreland topples Conwell Egan
Playing its first game coming off spring break, Upper Moreland had a shaky start surrendering the first goal of the game early in the first half before rallying to defeat visiting Conwell Egan 13-9 in a non-league game.
