BOYS LACROSSE: La Salle eases past Archbishop Wood

Montgomery Media / SCOTT ROMAN La Salle’s Matt Rambo is tightly defended by Archbishop Wood’s Anthony Dougherty during Tuesday's Philadelphia Catholic League game.
With powerhouse Conestoga on the schedule next Friday, La Salle’s lacrosse team is making sure to not only come out ready when the time comes to play one of its toughest games, but to not look ahead in the schedule with other games on tap.

And after a loss to another powerhouse, Gilman (MD), last Friday, the Explorers have done nothing but shown that they’re ready to play at the top of their game.

One day following a 20-3 romping over Lansdale Catholic, the Explorers received four goals and an assist from star senior Matt Rambo in a 14-8 win over visiting Archbishop Wood in a Philadelphia Catholic League meeting on Tuesday afternoon.
