GIRLS BASKETBALL: Abington battles past Tennent

When Abington shoots the ball well, it is very hard to beat. Hitting 10 three-pointers qualifies as a good shooting night.

After stumbling out of the gate with a lackluster first quarter, Abington shot the lights out in the last three periods en route to a 57-44 win over the Lady Panthers. Led by Deja Rawls’ game-high 16 points that included four triples, the Ghosts showed why they are one of the best teams in Suburban One League with perimeter shooting and defense.
