BOYS BASKETBALL: CB South runs past Wissahickon

For Montgomery Media / MARK C. PSORAS Wissahickon's Chris Vila goes in for a shot past Central Bucks South's Chase Vonder Schmalz during Thursday's District One Class AAAA playoff game.
Kevin Raymond scored all 17 of his points in the second half and an early third-quarter run helped No. 14 seed Central Bucks South defeat the visiting No. 19 Wissahickon boys basketball team 63-55 in the District One Class AAAA first round Thursday night.

Raymond hit three three-pointers and collected 11 points in third as the Titans erased a 30-24 halftime deficit with a 15-6 run to take the lead for good.

“It was a game of runs, and I thought they made some runs at the right time,” Trojans coach Kyle Wilson said. “We knew it was going to come down to that possibly.”

Chase Wilson paced Wissahickon (13-10) with a game-high 26, while Chris Vila added 11 points.
