BOYS BASKETBALL: Hatters pull away from Downingtown East

Hatboro-Horsham has been tough to beat at home this season, so there is no reason that would change in the opening round of the District One Class AAAA tournament.
Equipped with one of the best student sections in the area, the seventh-seeded Hatters knocked off 26th-seeded Downingtown East 61-51. Led by Mike Brown’s 20-point performance, H-H used the crowd and tough defense down the stretch to end the feisty Cougars’ season.
