John Kanas’ multiple drives to the basket, Anthony Williams’ soft shooting touch and Brendan Wagner’s big presence underneath all added up to a dominant second half for Souderton Area Friday night and a 59-43 win over Pennsbury in the opening round of the District One Class AAAA Playoffs.
The win advanced the 11th-seeded Indians to a second-round matchup against Methacton, a 67-49 winner over Bensalem, on Tuesday.
