BOYS LACROSSE: Wissahickon rolls past Upper Moreland
With a huge game coming up against archrival Upper Dublin – the only team to beat Wissahickon this season in the Suburban One American Conference – Wissahickon wanted to come out and play its best against Upper Moreland on Tuesday.
And after looking at the final score, it’s hard to imagine the Trojans playing much better than they did against the Bears.
Wissahickon received three goals apiece from junior Tommy Monaghan and sophomore Coe Kropnick and jumped out to an 11-0 lead at halftime in what turned out to be a 15-1 win over the Bears in a conference matchup at Upper Moreland High School.
